APPRAISAL AND OUTRIGHT PURCHASE OF INDIVIDUAL ITEMS, COLLECTIONS,
OR ENTIRE ESTATES
If you have just a few items you would like to sell or, conversely, you need to rapidly liquidate a large collection or entire estate, this may be the right option for you. This option is ideal for individuals who need cash or who do not have a viable location to hold a tag sale. Our appraisal option is also good for individuals who need coin collections or other collections valued for probate proceedings or who need to figure out an equitable distribution of an estate or a collection for multiple heirs.

AN ESTATE OR TAG SALE
If you are moving/downsizing or need to empty out a house as part of an estate liquidation this may be the option for you. We will prepare the house for the sale, price and tag the items in the house and garage, and conduct a one, two, or three day sale. We also assume all responsibility for advertising the sale though fliers, internet sites, our estate sale mailing list, and local papers.


TOTAL ESTATE LIQUIDATION AND CLEAN OUT SERVICE
Many of our customers find this is the ideal option for them because we take care of everything. It is a particularly good option for people who are trying to settle a local estate but live out of town and/or need to clean out a house in preparation for putting it on the market. With this option, we will tag and sell everything of value in the home, recycle and donate what we can’t sell, dispose of all the trash, and sweep the house and garage clean.

As lifelong collectors ourselves, we understand the challenges involved in liquidating a large estate, particularly when the owner was a collector or hoarder. These estates often seem particularly overwhelming for the family as the homes and garages may be stacked floor to ceiling with a mixture of valuable items and trash.
